The 2023 release, Tigre d’Eau, draws its name from the symbolism of the Year of the Water Tiger in the Chinese Lunar Calendar. Pierre Guillaume’s creation, infused with Eastern harmony yet vibrant and sparkling, is a sensitive and intuitive allegory of the Tiger's Chinese symbolism, representing sensitivity, flexibility, and dynamism.

This soft yet refreshingly vibrant composition centers around fresh coconut water, infused with the spicy aroma of pink pepper and salty caramel. The tonka bean, reminiscent of almond milk, adds a light, almost ethereal silkiness.
