Bois 1920 is a Florentine artisan niche perfume brand that expresses the Galardi family's passion for perfumes of artistic value - the making of which is handed down from one generation to the next. This lively passion inspires and enriches the product line, which today consists of more than 30 fragrances. Moreover, raw material research combines tradition and innovation for the harmony of unique and enchanting fragrance compositions.
The fragrances of Bois 1920 are born from the collaboration between Cristian Calabro and Chris Maurice. Their first creation was put on the market in 2005, but the story began in 1920, when grandfather Guido Galardi started collecting the lavender blooming on the hills of Florence and began experimenting with the first formulas in his small workshop in Florence. These family stories and heirlooms have also inspired and shaped the Bottega Italiana Spigo 1920 (BOIS 1920) brand, which has gained recognition over the years and won significant awards.
In 2012, Bois 1920 was selected as one of the five best fragrances of the FiFi Awards and was praised at the awards ceremony in New York. Today, Bois 1920 represents added value in the world of niche perfumery - calling on creations that engage, inspire and harmonize our senses.
